PUNGGOL WATERFRONT LIVING - THE BEST OF HDB FLATS FOR SALE

There will be a wide range of high quality housing for home buyers to choose from. The housing mix in Punggol will comprise 60% HDB and 40% private housing. There will be two major commercial centres - Punggol Town Centre and Punggol East Centre - where supermarkets, air-conditioned wet markets, shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and other entertainment outlets will be housed. Two waterfront village centres will also be developed to add variety and cater to users of the waterfront recreational facilities. The residents can also shop for their daily needs at the convenience shops located at the LRT stops.
